To Your Home from Willamette View offers a comprehensive selection of competitively priced professional services.* Our in-home caregivers are available to you at these current rates, which are subject to change with 30-day notice.

Licensed Practical Nurse	Monday – Friday Saturday – Sunday	$32.00 / hr $35.00 / hr
Registered Nurse	Monday – Friday Saturday – Sunday	$45.00 / hr $48.00 / hr
Patient Case Management (Registered Nurse)		$75 per visit

Additional Services: Painting, plumbing, lawn care, home repair, assistance with moving and a variety of services are available. These outside contracted services will be estimated based on each project or your particular needs prior to services being rendered. Ask your care coordinator for more details. Charges will only be made for services rendered.

To Your Home will coordinate assignments with your long-term insurance care providers and manage the billing process.
