Our Approach to In-home Service

Home health aideAs part of Portland’s premier continuing care community, Willamette View, we extend a proud 50+-year tradition of fully accredited, not-for-profit services for seniors. To Your Home is licensed by the State of Oregon as an in-home care agency and is surveyed regularly to ensure compliance. In addition, our employees must meet the same personal and professional standards as Willamette View staff. Review our complete disclosure.

We believe that everyone should have the chance to continue their independence in the comfort of familiar surroundings for as long as they possibly can. Maintaining the quality of life you’ve always known drives our philosophy of in-home care.

Nurse at homeIt begins with a personal visit, where your Registered Nurse care coordinator gets to know you and develop an understanding of your situation. If needed, we will consult with family and/or your physician. Your personal care coordinator will then create a customized service plan for you, and monitor the professional team that provides your services.

You always have access to help when you need it. To Your Home is more than day-to-day personal care and household chores. Any time of day or night, your care coordinator is on call and ready to assist you.

Qualified caregivers are paying attention, giving family and friends the respite they need to tend to their own lives.
